Routine care and maintenance are coordinated by J-Team Legacy Ventures to keep your RV rental-ready and in top condition. Minor services are handled promptly; any repairs over a preset limit require your approval. We treat your RV like our own—with respect, professionalism, and a commitment to long-term value.
PAYOUT
Owners receive monthly statements and direct deposits for 40% of rental profits. Most earn $600–$1,200 per month during peak season. With our full-service management, you enjoy hands-off income while we handle renters, logistics, and upkeep — just hand us the keys.
